Joyce Russell was a featured guest at the 20th Anniversary Dress For Success Virtual Luncheon in Charlotte on September 29. Dress For Success in Charlotte has helped over 10,000 women, and is currently operating at a pace of over 800 women per year. While we may all be familiar with the clothing donation side, the speakers talked about their programs including job preparedness, job retention, financial education and health & wellness. Joyce spoke with Susan Packard, author of "Fully Human" and "New Rules of the Game" about their mutual experience in navigating the emotional issues in the workplace and the strategies women need to employ for success, such as building trust and self-esteem.
